Gazania 'Tiger Stripes Mix'

Delivery too long after ordering. Too many plants not in good condition and survival rate poor.. one order the whole lot died despite careful planting. Asked for a replacement but was asked to pay postage again! Not good service. These were Gerbera and were on offer.
These were fine eventually

Absolutely rubbish service. 2 hanging baskets never came. The union jack hanging basket was half dead. The tumbelina arrived dead. Never got the ripple tumbling. The galena was the only one that alright. So I will definitely not be buying from you again.
Only plant that we any good.

Placed an order for 3 lots of "garden ready"plants.after 3 weeks they still hadnt arrived so i spoke to customer services who informed me that 1 variety i had ordered was out of stock(i was also on a waiting list of 250 if they came back in) and that it why they hadnt sent the others - or had the common sense to contact me.
He kindly cancelled the out of stock ones which released the rest of the order.
That order was dispatched on the Thursday,spent one of the hottest weekends of the year with the courior and finally turned up late on Monday(6pm)
When i opened the box the plants were dead,covered in flies and mildew.
A phonecall to customer services resulted in a choice of waiting a few more weeks for replacements or a refund,i took the latter.
The person i spoke to wasnt bothered in the slightest about the state of the plants or the poor service the company had provided.
I wont be using Garden Bargains again.

Had a despatch note on the Thursday but on the Friday they send an email saying had had to remove the most expensive item. Believe I should have had the option to cancel the whole order at that point because I would not have paid that much postage for two items that only cost a couple of pound more than the postage. Will think twice about using them in the future.

Ordered two lots of flowers, one lot obviously sold out so got 40 of others instead, would rather have been asked if this was suitable. Gave most of them away to friend but don?t know if they are going to survive anyway
Didn?t look too healthy, very straggly. Will have to wait and see

Bad you state you have expert packers well I don't think so. They pack the flowers upside down

Very prompt service and if you have a query or complaint it is answered and dealt with promptly.
Too soon to tell if they will thrive, purchased as larger plugs ready to plant out. Bought at sale price for 20 plugs. Only complaint was that there weren't a complete 20 in the bundle, but it was a sale after all, and those plants that were there were healthy.

Because when they say they will deliver the items. They do. They let you know when they have been dispatched via a email.

as always great service and value plants are always so fresh. Have purchased before and will again couldn't"t find fault in anyway

Plants were fine, thought there was a free pot with each standard fuchsia but that didn't come so a little disappointed

I had a problem with my order which was resolved quickly
The plants arrived bone dry and completely limp. One or two are making a valiant effort to live but I don't hold out much hope for the others. Pity really as the picture of the plants looked lovely which is why I bought them.

I always had good bargains from you, but was disapointed with these plants, 3 of them looked very poor, we are trying to save them, but they don't look good
would have been excellent but for 3 of the plants that looks as though they will not be any good, we have given them a chance to see if they would come, but i don't think they will, they are quite small and weak looking
