I have bought many plants over the years from Garden Bargains via Idealworld and continue to do so now directly. Always received good quality plants at comple3tion prices..

One plant was a little worse for wear but overall very good.

The plants arrived in a timely fashion, we were pleased about that. One or two of the plants were a bit limp, but we hoped that when they were transplanted into suitable pots they might pick up. However, today I disinherited and now 5 that are completely dead. I was about to phone to speak to customer services about this.
It?s disappointing, two of the plants were in poor condition when they arrived and today there are 5 dead plants.

Contents received as expected. Good to see use of cardboard boxes however Box 176 oversized for size of contents. Box 35 perfect fit.
Driver respected the 20mph zone. Thank you, both cheery and efficient and effective

I've been using this compost for several years, it's great quality, pleasant to handle & it smells good

Would have given them zero stars if possible. Should have received a free plant but it wasn't in the delivery. Customer service person was unhelpful to put it mildly. Mocked me during my call. Will never buy from them again.
One plant was good but other was very poor.

most plants delivered in good time and order. However OR12438867 is not fulfilled from 31/7/23 I have chased but recvd no update, as promised. for this reason I have given 3 ie service have let you down and not advised me of what is happening I doubt laveteria barnsley may not stand the same chance of over wintering if it comes at all !!

I like to shop at Garden Bargains as they normally deliver when they say they are and plants/bulbs arrive well packaged and in good condition, however, not the case this time.
Hence 3* review.
I was happy to receive my Allium bulbs ready to plant out ready for next year, however, was bit disappointed to find that some of the packets had less bulbs in than expected and even some were rotten.
This have never happened with Garden Bargains before. Never left review before either but felt needed to this time as not what i expected to receive at all.

Bought 2 preplanted hanging baskets with violas. They arrived quickly and after a good watering I hung them up. I've carefully watered them every day during this exceptionally hot weather and they're growing well.

I ordered 3 barnsley baby lavetera- July OR 12438867 along with 2 other plant orders. I recvd the 2 other plant items and advised other plants to follow on delivery note. I waited and recvd no update emails and eventually rang 11/9/23 asking what has happened- now advised to expect 1st wk Oct- when weather is turning cold for plant and for this I expectg some sign of goodwill??- I await to see if I receive delivery!!
