Plant Information
Top Tips
- Plant the base of the stem 5cm below the soil surface and provide a deep winter mulch and shelter from the wind.
Care Guide
- Grow in fertile, moist but well-drained soil, with shelter from the wind. In containers, use a John Innes No 3 based compost.
- To plant, firstly water your potted plant well.
- Dig a hole a little deeper and 3 x wider than the nursery pot.
- Remove the plant from its pot and tease out some of the roots.
- Place your plant in the hole at the same level at the pot then refill the hole with the earth removed.
- Firm in the soil with your heel, avoiding the root ball and water well before adding a mulch around the base of the plant.
- Water fuchsia plants sufficiently to keep the compost moist but not waterlogged and do not leave plants standing in water Deadhead regularly to encourage more flowers.
- Feed regularly with a high potash fertiliser.
- Fuchsias prefer shade for the hottest part of the day.

I received a dead Magnolia tree. Supposed to be bare root. There were no roots just four 1 cm dia stumps I planted it and well watered it but it showed no sign of life. I tried to contact you and initially did not discover your chat bot. When I did make contact you did not respond. I kept watering the plant until I decided to ask for a refund I managed to get back to your hidden Chat Bot and Cassie more or less said Hard luck mate we do do refunds you left it too long.. The plants arrived pretty quickly. and apart from one of the plants that had suffered from a damaged container, they all appear healthy. I have no doubt that the damaged plant will recover, as they have in the past, when they have not been treated as live plants, but chucked around, and even trod on, in transit.It would be nice if some of the carriers respected that live plants, can be delicate, and prone to damage. I have even had them thrown over my high back garden wall, and they have lain there for days, before discovery. Not good.
Apart from that, I have high hopes that the plants will be a nice asset to my garden.

This was my first order - so far communication and delivery information was fine. The plants were delivered as per the information, however the plants themselves were not in great shape.Product:
Not sure what happened to these but they were in pretty poor shape when I got them out of the box. The leaves were falling off and in fact I had to cut them all back as they were quite wilted and withered.

In this case 6 of the twelve plants had become dislodged from their pots and had been moving about in their packaging breaking most of the foliage it looked like the box had been dropped which loosened all the ones that were facing downwards. I trimmed up what was left of the damaged ones and planted the in the garden hopefully they will take

Plants looked to be in a good condition, was a bit concerned that they were bent in places to fit into packaging.

Packaging needs to be looked at my pots were on top of my fushias that had opened out the plastic so very squashedProduct:
Packaged very badly plastic box had opened so plants very squashed by the free pots put on top !
