This Dahlia Lubega collection is the perfect way to add a bright selection of colour to your garden. Blooming earlier than the standard types of Dahlia, they are versatile, all-round garden performers, making them a great choice for anyone to grow.
With uniformly large, bright, and bold blooms which contrast magically with the glossy leaves - it's little wonder that these dahlias are proving to be a hit as indoor plants too as they remain naturally compact. Great in borders, but also perfectly suited to pots thanks to their compact nature. Top Tips
Care Guide
- Best planted in fertile, well-drained soil in full sun when danger of frost is over, usually May to early June.
- If planting in a container, use a 10-12in pot per plant.
- Keep well-watered and once flowers appear feed with a high potash liquid feed every two weeks from July to early September.
- During the growing season, deadhead regularly to stimulate growth and keep the plants looking their best.
