Fast service excellent products delivered on time
Great bulbs look great when in flower fast delivery

Waited quite a long time for the order to arrive

Geranium plug plants arrived in good condition and all thriving well so far.

Service always good but could do with help carrying boxes of compost through to back garden as very heavy. I am a pensioner and live on my own so no one here to help.
I purchased approx 280 Lts of this compost each year always found it to be very good had bumper crops of green beans and strawberries last year plus 20pots, 4 baskets and garden plants in front and back garden.

I have only recently planted them. Where I live is colder so it takes longer to grow.

The ordering was very easy and the bulbs were delivered promptly with good packaging.
The bulbs were a bit small but they were healthy and some are just beginning to show through the soil. I am looking forward to seeing them in bloom.

Garden bargains service was good but the courier company told me that they had the parcel and were going to deliver it in two days time, in the event they did deliver it late the next day otherwise I think they would all have been dead
They were in a bit of a sorry state when they arrived (broken leaves and very dry) but Since then all but two have recovered and they look healthy.

Brilliant, the delivery firm Yodel have always had a good delivery service, received the package in 2 days, was able to track the delivery van all the way to my door
I put the Blood,fish and bone in the bottom of the hole for each plant, have used the product before so l know it will help the plants grow.

On this occasion, very good indeed. Delivery was fast and the plants were in good condition.
These petunias arrived quite quickly and we're in good cobdition on arrival. The packaging in which they arrived has been minimalized to just the plastic wallet in which the plugs had been placed. This seems like a better idea than putting the plastic wallet into a cardboard box because the delivery driver can see that they are live plants which need careful handling. I transplanted them into larger pots the same day and the plugs are coming on very nicely. They are being kept in a cool conservatory at present until its warm enough to transplant them into the hanging baskets I want to display them in. Well satisfied with these, thank you.

The plant I received was fine. except there was a branch that Was broken. I feel that it might have been the delivery company?s fault.

I've been using this compost for quite awhile now ? it's peat free so that's why I use it, I also use it in my raised beds ! and for potting up my plug plants ,

Service is terrible.
No longer the same as when aired on ideal world.
Website is false,phone number is unobtainable.
Call centre is in India and staff need people skills.
Boxes arrived battered.
Definitely owned by TLC and Definitely not buying from these again.
Moved to QVC same products
I have been using this compost for several years and have always had brilliant results.
Sadly since ideal world is no longer since TLC bought the rights garden bargains is no more the compost arrived in a battered box one bag was split.
I will now be buying the same product through QVC supplied by plants to garden and not the false garden bargains.
