A lovely and very unusual fragrant evergreen Jasmine, this native of South Africa produces huge white very fragrant starry white flowers in Summer, with that classic Jasmine scent.
Unlike most of it's cousins it is not a climber, and forms a neat shrubby clump, ideal for pots and patios. Its shiny, tough evergreen foliage is attractive anyway, even when not flowering.
It is borderline hardy to -1 or -2C, especially when in well-drained spots, but best to provide some winter protection in colder areas.
