Snowdrops In The Green - the guaranteed way to succeed with these early spring flowering beauties!
The earliest and bravest of all flowering spring bulbs, the delicate snowdrop with its tiny white petals and green-tinged centres bursts in bloom when the weather is at its very harshest. While all around it lies decidedly dormant, this cheery, fresh-faced little fellow brightens the gloomiest of looking gardens.
These beautiful 'double-flowered' snowdrops take the snowdrop to the next level - inside of the flower head, you will find another smaller, delicate flower creating ruffles of pure white petals with pale green details.
Difficult to grow from just the dry bulbs found in garden centres, the best way to ensure success is to plant Snowdrops while they are still in leaf otherwise known as 'in the green'. The soil surrounding the bulbs contains a special fungus encouraging a strong and vigorous new root system. By planting in this way you can look forward to a stunning display in your garden from the very first season!

Supplied as a pack of 25 plants, "in the green", ready to plant. This is the most reliable way to get a colony going. Please note that the leaves may turn yellow towards the end of the season, and will also do so after planting as they die back underground and prepare for next year. Please plant with confidence whether the leaves are green or yellow.

Top Tips
- Where bulbs are planted in grass, do not cut the grass until after the leaves have died back, a few weeks after flowering.
- Divide every few years to split large clumps by lifting while the leaves are still green and break into smaller clumps for replanting.
Care Guide
- Plant in well-drained soil.
- Plant your snow drops at the same depth that they were planted before being lifted.
- Water thoroughly, especially in dry condition.
- Leave the leaves to die back naturally.

Unfortunately one of the passion flowers was dead when it arrived, this is disappointing because we have bought many plants this year from GB and all have been successful except this one.If there was any way it could be replaced I would be very grateful, it was the one with a white flower.

When I saw the original advert it said 75 double snowdrops and 75 anemones..which would have been. Incredible value .But the actual order said 25 double snowdrops which I didn't notice until I had filled it in.Product:

Received the snowdrops in the green. The tops were almost dead.. I have planted and crossing my fingers for next spring.
Incidentally when the offer was first seen on my phone, it was for 60 bulbs, but when I put the order through it decreased to 20 bulbs!!

For the first time in several years and many purchases, GB got this one wrong: the emailed advert offered 75 snowdrops 'in the green' with 75 anemone bulbs, all for 6.99 (p&p), which is a bargain. What arrived was 25 snowdrops and nothing else, which is not a bargain. However, when I complained, because the anemone bulbs were now out of stock, I was offered and accepted 50 ranunculus bulbs at no extra charge, so I was slightly mollified. I shall continue to shop with GB, as most of their offers are pretty good ...Product:

I found the service to be excellent, delivery within the stated period, have used this company once before, and the service was the same then.Product:
Well the snowdrops were in good condition, I followed the instructions sent title "Important Care Instructions". I have planted them, but since Monday(26/3), they have been subjected to lower than normal temperatures and this morning are covered by a couple of inches of snow.
