Product Description
Also known as the 'Summer Snowflake', this is a relative of the snowdrop, which it closely resembles. However, it is much taller and flowers later, during March and April.
The gently arching flower stems reach up to 50 cm tall, and carry lovely, dainty pendant blooms in groups, or umbels, of three to five but sometimes as many as seven. The beautiful flowers are pure white with a green spot at the end of each petal.
Leucojum prefers to grow in moist, fertile soils, making it a great choice for planting around water margins such as by a pond or stream. Its also happy in borders and when grown in pots it makes a great early season cut flower. It will quickly establish itself and naturalise, increasing your stock.

Top Tips
- Lift and divide clumps every few years to stop them becoming overcrowded as they naturalise.
Care Guide
- Plant bulbs at twice the depth of the height of the bulb and four times their width apart. e.g. 2cm tall bulbs need to be planted 4cm below the surface of the ground and 8cm apart.
- Please check the bag for any additional planting instructions.
- They are fine to plant even if a little green growth is showing, theyll just need a good watering when you plant them, and then only when the soil is dry.
- Leave them in the ground once they die back theyll come back bigger and better each year.
- While all the energy that a bulb needs in order to grow is stored in the bulb itself, they will do better if you feed them when in active green growth.
- Plant in moist borders and leave in the ground to naturalise.
- If planted in pots be sure to water frequently and keep moist

I was given a promo code for 10% off my next purchase when I received my bulbs so I thought I would use it to buy some hardy fuchsias at half price and some polyanthus at a saving of £5.First I was told I could only have 1 special offer per order so I opted for the fuchsias as they saved £10 and agreed to pay full price for the polyanthus. Then I put in my promo code for 10% off, was told again that I could only have 1 special offer per order and the fuchsias were put back to full price and then 10% taken off leaving me £8 worse off. I removed both items from my basket and shut down the website and in future I will be buying my plants from my local garden centre where they will allow me to buy as many of their special offers as I can get in my trolley!Product:
Bulbs are planted but have to wait till spring to find out the quality.
