Hardy Perennial Plant Lucky Dip

The plants were well packaged and could be recycled which is very important. They are now planted and look happy.
The bulbs also arrived this week and look very healthy. They too will be planted asap.

First of all it would be nice to know what they are and how big they will grow some were just a small twig it will be a miracle if they survive I could of bought much better in my local garden centre

Very pleased with these plants and considering it was a lucky dip was very impressed. Plants arrived in good condition and will be planting them out soon.

Excellent service. Have been a customer for several years and would recommend them to family and friends.
Did not like some of the plants as a couple of the green-leafed ones looked more like weeds than flowers and I have since replaced them with alternative ones. As it was a "lucky dip" I expected that there may be a few plants that would not be to my taste.

Some orders have been excellent, with the plants, although small coming promptly and in good condition. Unfortunately a few orders have been delayed, and I had to ask where it was, with the plants being in less than perfect condition, but they usually recover with a bit of care. My most recent order was very disappointing. The delivery system has obviously been impacted by COVID, but when I called I was told they were just in the warehouse awaiting pick up. They arrived a few days later, but were in an appalling state. Most of them were dying or dead, some of them were well on their way to being compost.

When I got back to customer care, they were very helpful and immediately sent out a replacement pack, which were again good quality.

I think I would use them again, but my confidence has been a bit damaged, and more recently I?ve returned to buying plants in person.
Apart from the delivery problems, the replacement plants were quite good and although small, they have grown fairly quickly. They are a nice random selection. It?s a good way for me to add a lot of plants to a new border for next year and subsequent years, with plenty of flowers for the pollinators.

Always very helpful and friendly service. Of the 12 perennial pot plants I bought this time, 1 was just a bare stick. I called customer services and the lovely lady immediately re-ordered a replacement for me which arrived within just a few days.
