If you want to set your garden ablaze with colour this year, our sensational Trumpet Vines is perfect - it looks totally tropical, and is actually very hardy, tough and easy to grow, plus it flowers its socks off from summer well into autumn with bright, vivid displays.
Creating the most wonderfully bold and bright climbing display, this Campsis is ideal for growing around terraced and patio areas where the colourful flowers will smother walls and decorative structures in a profusion of striking orange-throated, yellow blooms from July to September each and every year. Hardier and more floriferous than many other varieties of Campsis, 'Judy' is perfect for British gardens.
Bearing the classic ‘trumpet’ shaped flowers from which it gets its name, the contrast between the dazzling flowers against the backdrop of glossy green leaves is a real eye-catcher.
Classed as vines, Campsis climbs aided by aerial roots which makes it great for growing against sunny walls, trellises, sheds etc where it can easily be fixed or tied in - as it flowers best when exposed to sun for most of the day.
In summer, it will erupt into a magnificent display - plastered in bold, bright yellow, trumpet-shaped flowers that bees just adore. Widely grown on the continent, you may have seen their bold displays before, but this new breeding is tougher, hardy down to -10°C, more floriferous, and with stronger colours too.
Supplied as an established plant in a 1L pot, ready for immediate planting.
