Replacement rose for one damaged but carrier the box was damaged but I opened it as delivery man request and it only had a little damage the rose is coming on beautifully with buds on it I was replaced without any problems after I sent seller photos of the damage very happy with there customers service

Arrived late, both pot and rose were broken. It was a gift and the recipient refused delivery. When I tried to claim a refund the company stated I could not have a replacement or refund as faulty items shouldn?t be refused!!I challenged this as nowhere on the site or packaging had it stated this. Finally they sent another rose, this arrived in fair condition but was now 4 weeks after her birthday.

The rose had no leaves let alone buds. Diseased branches and very weak slim branches. Not a good specimen at all. They have refunded but first email talked about bark on the tree. Not relevant to a rose bush. Very disappointingNo at all like the picture.

we have have had many orders over the years with gardens bargins with idealworld allways had nice healthy plants. So i ordered the king charles rose as they sent me a email showing a loverly plant .The first one that we got was just 3 sticks in a pot .THey replaced it with another one not a lot better.20 not well spent

The tracking did not exist - there was nothing given to enable the recipient to plan to be in - and in fact it arrived on a day when she was away for two days. Had she known she would have asked a neighbour to look out for it and take it in - it was intended as a new house warming present and she did not really know that many people yet but would have delayed being away had she know it was coming that day! not very satisfactory for a perishable item like a plant not to have a more detailed advice about its toa.Product:
As there was no tracking information provided and the package remained closed for two days on the doorstep as the recipient not expecting it was away for a couple of days. we reserve judgement on whether the rose revives.

Roses arrived well packed and condition was OK but there was no paperwork regarding planting out/ aftercare etc.These were gifts for my children who are not experienced gardeners, would have been nice to have a little info on the plants and their care.

I ordered 9 King Charles potted roses to share with friends. The plants varied, I had two which were worth the money but the other I thought were not worth what I had paid. It also made it difficult dealing out the roses to be fair.

Good communication. Arrived on time. The plant looked ok although the box was a bit dented and some compost had fallen out of the pot into the bottom of the box. The rose is growing well. I'm very pleased with the plant and the company but not so impressed with the delivery company.
