Winter Jasmine 'Jasminum nudiflorum'

This beautiful winter flowering Jasmine is a completely reliable and easy to grow shrub that will fill your garden with colour in the depths of the dreariest months of the year.

It will grow as a loose scrambling bush and produces eye-catching arching stems that become smothered with bright yellow flowers from winter to spring every year. This is followed by glossy green foliage that fills those pesky spaces in beds and borders with ease. If space is slightly limited in your garden, Winter Jasmine can even be grown in large patio pots and containers.

Winter hardy, it performs well in any soil and flowers best when planted in a sunny spot, where it will bring life to spaces left bare by winter weather. Easy to grow, it requires no pruning except for a trim to control growth or to keep it in a preferred shape. It can be trained to a trellis up a fence, and is particularly effective when grown with ivy to cover unsightly walls.
