Begonia Apricot Shades Mix Pro Plugs 40

The first delivery was a bit of a disaster the plug plants were not packed well and they were strewn all over the box. I managed to salvage 34 and potted them on, I reported this to garden bargains and to their credit they sent me another 40. The pug plants are very small and extremely delicate, I hope at least some survive to plant into my baskets.
Better second delivery and bigger plug plants.

I was disappointed that I only received 28 tiny plug plants instead of 40. Some of these may not grow as they are so small and frail.

Plants are always in good condition and once planted up grow extremely well.

Customer service is appalling. Their lack of information, constant delays without explaination, and inability to provide any delivery date for item?s ordered 6 weeks earlier is simply unacceptable. They have shown a complete disregard for the customer. Quality of plants received was shocking, they arrived dead or damaged. After making a complaint, I was provided with a refund and later offered some plants as a good will gesture. They arrived 2 days ago and half of them were also dead.
Arrived too late completely dried out and badly damaged only 4 out of 40 have survived, and will still take weeks to grow big enough to use

Very poor service sent 2 emails sent not received a reply as of now ,a phone call i made the person was not very helpful.

This was a replacement item, as the original was damaged in transit, and also over-watered.
These plants were in much better condition.
The plants were in good condition, but because the plugs were again slightly damaged in transit, I don't think I would buy begonias on-line again. Those that were not damaged are growing well.

The box with the plant in was severely damaged. The delivery driver advised me that they has been watered and as such made the cardboard soggy so the plants got squshed when another item was placed on top. I did report this to leal World with photos but t hey have not responded ??
Dissapointed since it wasn't until when the flowers bloomed that l realised that l had not been sent all the apricot shades plug plants. They had been mixed with another variety so dissapointed with the display since l was expecting to have all apricot shades flowers but got some big white, red and yellow flowers amongst my apricot shades. ??
