Care Guide
Ideal for getting ahead of the game, these are trays of small plants that can be planted into pots straight away, but will need growing on for 4-5 weeks before planting out.
- When potting on (“pricking out”), handle plugs carefully.
- For plug plants in trays, push them out using a suitable small instrument through the hole in the bottom of each cell – e.g. a “dibber” or a pencil.
- Pot on using our Windowsill planters or 9cm pots in Shuttle Trays, using good multi-purpose compost.
- Give your plants a good water initially, then only when the top compost starts to dry - they don’t like to be left in standing water.

Sadly my first order delivered by Yodel had been severely damaged due to Yodels lack of care. I contacted customer services whom arranged a second set of plants at no extra cost to me. The second set arrived in a worse state than the first due to a packing error. They have been very reasonable and polite all the way through. However I will not be buying anything else from here.Product:
If the plants had arrived in a better state I would say they would have been well grown and a decent size with an excellent root system. Sadly they were too damaged to rescue. I find this so sad as a lot of hard work has gone into the growing of these.

You need to do better packaging on receiving the delivery quite a few of the plants had fallen out of there trays. And also the compost was very dry witch resulted in 8 plants in total died.Product:

Delivery of compost to wrong address at far end of road and one pack of Asters had no covering on it and had tipped the contents out and broken them . Both these incidents have been reported to you .Product:

The plants were so small and weak that I will be lucky if I can keep half alive and growing Note I went to a plant nursery and the they would not sell me them at this stage of growth and told me to come back in May when they would be more developed

Whilst the plants seem ok their customer service response is appalling. I received part of my order on the 6th May and sent an email via their website asking when I would receive the remainder of the order. I have not heard from them or received missing bulbs or a refund. I think this is poor customer service

I've given negative reviews of this company for terrible customer service, but this time the twice something went wrong someone actually dealt with the problems of issuing a refund for an overpayment and a replacement for transit damage.Product:
