- Check and water your basket every day in summer, (unless the compost is wet).
- Aim to keep the compost moist but not soggy, and avoid wetting the foliage and flowers.

I bought 2 lovely preplanted fuchsia baskets but unfortunately when my son came to.hang them up he found one basket was completely broken across the bottom. I emailed customer services including photos of the basket and they very kindly sent me a new ready planted basket which arrived in record time. I have transplanted the fuchsias from the broken basket to one I already had and they all look very nice outside my porch and garage.Product:

I ordered 2 hanging baskets planted with fuchsias. They came very quickly and well packaged. When opened the plants were in good condition but 1 of the baskets was badly broken. I emailed customer services with photos of the broken basket and they immediately sent me a new one again planted with fuchsias. I am very pleased with the way in which they dealt with my complaint.Product:
