Product Description
‘Habanera’ is the largest flowering of all Bellis daisies, with fully double pompom flowers absolutely packed with narrow, almost needle-like white petals with tips in bright shades of red, pink and white during spring.
With their compact habit and robust stems, Bellis look great in pots and flower beds, and are good companion plants for spring flowering bulbs such as tulips. Flowering prolifically with incredibly neat flowerheads above rosettes of spoon shaped leaves, they create a striking display.
Bellis self seed very easily if you let them, however, the resulting plants may revert to being single flowered. Regular deadheading will prevent this and also prolong the flowering season.
Supplied as 10 garden ready plants, ready to plant out and reaching a height of 15cm and spread of 20cm.

Care Guide
- Give your garden ready plants a little attention on arrival - unpack them immediately, and either mist them or stand them in water for an hour - they may be slightly dry or yellow after being in a dark box in the post, but they’ll quickly recover. If you can’t do this, they can sit in Mini Greenhouses for a week if upright and not too wet.
- We recommend that you leave them to settle for a day somewhere warm, light and airy such as a windowsill or greenhouse.
- If planting directly into flower beds, prepare the ground well, removing weeds and digging in some compost or well-rotted manure if your soil is not already rich.
- Plant approx. 20cm (8in) apart to allow them room to grow. Feed using a high-potash feed such as Blooming Fast Superior Soluble Fertiliser for Flowers & Fruits, to encourage flowering.
