Product Description
Tumbelina Petunias are the original and still the best double, trailing, fragrant petunias. Carnation-like flowers with masses of gorgeous petals that layer upon each other to create perfect summer patio displays, unlike any other available. The varieties in this collection have been chosen for the gorgeous heady perfume produced, which fills the air wherever grown.
Plant them in hanging baskets, window boxes and patio containers where they will excel. Their gently trailing habit means they will tidily tumble over the edge of containers and trail for approx. 30cm, with flowers along the full length of the branches. They will flower from late May to the first frosts and require only occasional dead-heading to prolong displays.
Bred in The UK near Cambridge, they have been rigorously trialled, tested and proven to grow brilliantly in this country in our variable Summers. Varieties Included: Priscilla, Belinda, Diana, Candyfloss, Francesca, and Susanna.

Remove faded flowers regularly to prolong blooming.
Care Guide
- For most jumbo plug plant collections, the “mini Greenhouse” they are packed in will have a label on the outside, listing the individual varieties inside. We recommend writing your own labels out on receipt!
- Give your plugs a little attention on arrival - unpack them immediately, and either mist them or stand them in water for an hour - they may be slightly dry or yellow after being in a dark box in the post, but they’ll quickly recover. If you can’t do this, they can sit in Mini Greenhouses for a week if upright and not too wet.
We recommend that you leave them to settle for a day somewhere warm, light and airy such as a windowsill or greenhouse. - When you're ready to pot on, use a good quality, multi-purpose compost, and fill 3-4in pots (7-10cm).
- Make a hole in the compost with a dibber or your finger, then holding each plug by its root ball, place it into the hole and gently firm the compost around it.
- For great results, we recommend using our Windowsill Planters or 9cm pots in Shuttle Trays.
- Give your plants a good water initially, then only when the top compost starts to dry as they don’t like to be left in standing water.
- Grow on either on a bright windowsill or a greenhouse for 3-4 weeks before potting up into containers or into flower beds.
- If planting directly into flower beds when all risk of frost has passed, prepare the ground well, removing weeds and digging in some compost or well-rotted manure if your soil is not already rich.
Plant approx. 20cm (8in) apart to allow them room to grow. Feed using a high-potash feed such as Blooming Fast Superior Soluble Fertiliser for Flowers & Fruits, to encourage flowering. - Dead-head when flowers fade to encourage more blooms.

two of the plastic cartons were open and the plant were all over the box and broken
wen i rang the lady diddent sound very interested and could not hear what she was saying i did want to order some more plants but did not want to risk it but last year all the plant came in good condition.

I had to chase up delivery several times and it would appeare that the people in charge of complaints were not fully conversant with the plant colours as they are marked by Names! As this order was for a specific job with a time scale for them to be ready I found it very worrying and the plants were not as big as I was lead to believe. There was no trouble in replacing plants damaged in transit though!Product:

Worst organisation I have dealt with.
Poor service, poor delivery. Failure to supply what was sold - which had a premium price.
Dispatch plants in a manner that results in them decaying and dying. Plants not only saturated but flooded in water such that plugs cannot even be picked up.
Slow delivery.
I will not be buying and more live plants from them - only plastic or rubber goods.
