Product Description
A new twist on the ever popular Non-Stop Tuberous Begonia range, the Mocca series has the same big, ruffled colourful flowers on Non-Stops, but now set off against the most sumptuous velvety bronze to purple leaves, seemingly making the colours even bolder and brighter against their dark and moody background, standing out like jewels.
Look out for the orange and pink in particular. Great in borders en masse, or in large tubs, in sun or shade, they will form little corms that can be lifted in Winter and stored dry and replanted the following Spring - although we would much rather you wanted even more from us next season after their fabulous displays this year!
Supplied as 24 plug plants, ready to grow on or plant out when the risk of frost has passed, growing to a height and spread of 30cm (1ft).

Top Tips
- Grow in full sun or partial shaded areas. The sunnier the site, the more vibrant the colours will be.
Care Guide
- Unpack plugs immediately, and stand them in water for an hour.
- If you can’t do this, they can sit in Mini Greenhouses for a week if upright and not too wet.
- Plugs may be slightly dry or yellow after being in a dark box in the post but they’ll quickly recover.
- Put them somewhere warm, light and airy such as a windowsill or greenhouse.
- When potting on, handle plugs carefully. Pot on using our 9cm pots in Shuttle Trays, using good multi-purpose compost.
- Give your plants a good water initially, then only when the top compost starts to dry. They don’t like to be left in standing water.
- Plant approx. 20cm (8in) apart to allow them room to grow.
- Feed using a high-potash feed such as Blooming Fast Superior Soluble Fertiliser for Flowers & Fruits, to encourage flowering.
- Dead-head when flowers fade to encourage more flowers.
- Water regularly during the summer - begonias thrive in moist soil.
