Product Description
Difficult to find in shops, whitecurrants are a taste sensation that are easy to grow in your garden. Boasting deliciously sweet, juicy fruit that hang in long strings from its branches in summer, they provide you with a big crop of fruit each July if you plant in a sunny, sheltered spot in well drained soil. Alternatively, try growing them in a large container. With bigger berries than other whitecurrants, White Versailles is a traditional favourite with fruit that is perfect for eating fresh from the plant if you cant use them immediately theyll keep for a few days in the fridge, or you can put entire strings in a bag and put in the freezer for later use. Water and feed plants well for a bumper crop.
