Delivered was left outside in rain the order was scattered over my drive.Despite sending photographic evidence they still want more.they should just have looked at the pictures gave an apology and refund and we could have drawn a line under it.instead they want more photos,it?s just all too much now,I?m very disappointed with the customer service overall.Product:

Three of the plants were dead and one dying it has since died. One of the pots was broken in x2 places. Will not be ordering from you againProduct:

First order arrived with 3 plants missing and planters split with parts missing. Reordered planters again arrived with no trellis called for a refund told had to have a call back as manager not in strange as item arrived not as advertised yet can?t give me a refund without manager authorisation as of yet still no manger call back.Product:
