A few days ago I contacted your customer service to say that I was still waiting for the delivery of 40l compost. Unfortunately it’s the 4th January and I still haven’t received the product that I purchased on the 19th December.
Due to this fact, I would like to be refunded. If you could let me know what to do next in order to have my money paid back into my account?
