Healthy happy plug plants now potted up and in the greenhouse. Just waiting for them to be strong enough to stand up to this awful UK weather !!

Waited quite a long time for the order to arrive

very good when I complained about packaging on my first delivery they sent me another 40 plants.
Although the plug plants are quite small if potted on immediately they are at the moment doing ok.

Arrived battered and broken
Out of 12 plugs I may be lucky and get 4 plants arrived battered and broken

Delivery instructions were followed to the letter. The quality of the packaging was very good and all plants arrived in excellent condition.
For some time now I have relied upon this form of compost for bringing on my seedlings, and have found it to be excellent for this purpose

Great communication and response because the free pack did not arrive with the main pack. Quickly remedied although the free pack was damaged on arrival and did not look as healthy as the first lot that arrived.

Good products and excellent service. The only difficulty I have is in deciding what to buy out of an excellent range.
It is easy to order and deliveries are on time with the plants in good condition.
All planted out and some already in flower. I love the delicate whites but also the rich purples. A lovely addition to my newly reconfigured garden

Average service due to later arrival of plugs than promised.
Plant plugs delivered later than promised. Plants on arrival had come loose from plastic packaging with some plugs not surviving.

Plants arrived mostly in good condition although very small . Bought when offer of get one free but lots of work to plant on and money for pots,compost and heating greenhouse .
Arrived safely but all needed planted on so need bigger pots and compost so money involved
Probably better to wait and get bigger plug plants. Less work and more chance of them growing on

Item received was not what I ordered and in my opinion were substandard alternatives for my requirements.

The plants were delivered when promised and well packed. They are healthy and in good condition.
Again very healthy young plugs which enabled me to pinch out the tops to increase the the possible amount of flowers when fully grown.

The first delivery was a bit of a disaster the plug plants were not packed well and they were strewn all over the box. I managed to salvage 34 and potted them on, I reported this to garden bargains and to their credit they sent me another 40. The pug plants are very small and extremely delicate, I hope at least some survive to plant into my baskets.

Considering I ordered the plugs very early I was a bit disappointed in the quality I received... The plugs were really not mature enough for the size they were supposed to be. However give them their due the Customer Service was excellent and I ma hopeful to receive replacements.
Very good. Plugs a bit dry but have survived.

I was disappointed that I only received 28 tiny plug plants instead of 40. Some of these may not grow as they are so small and frail.
