You can contact us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via email - we will normally get back to you within 1 working day of receipt of your message, although please allow an extra day during busy periods.

Please do not return any goods to us unless we specifically request you to do so. Our guarantee in no way affects you statutory rights.

In addition to your standard guarantee we also now offer a Lifetime Guarantee on all Bare Root Trees & Shrubs:-

All our trees are supplied with an unconditional guarantee for the first 30 days. Our unique ‘Lifetime Guarantee’ also means that if at any time in the future your tree does not thrive, you can have a replacement for free – all you have to do is cover the S,H & I currently at £6.95 .
