2. How can I pay for the things I want to buy?
You can pay by most popular credit and debit cards over the phone or online. Additionally you can pay by credit or debit card or even by cheque if you complete the coupon and post it to us. The postal address is Garden Bargain, Abacus House, 118 Church Street, Market Deeping, PE6 8AL.
Unfortunately we cannot accept payment by American Express or Diners Club credit cards

3. How will you send my order to me?
Whatever you order it will be packaged in tried and tested packaging to ensure that it arrives nursery fresh. Larger and heavier items will be sent using our carrier who will deliver whatever you have bought to your door. Smaller items are sent by Royal Mail and will be delivered by your local ‘postie’.
If you have ordered the Mini Orchard Collection and / or Stella Cherry, these will be delivered to your door by our carrier.

4. Is it safe to send trees and plants in the post and will they arrive safely?
Yes – we send literally millions of plants through the post each season – these range from small seedlings to large fruit trees. In all but a very few cases they arrive safely. In the unlikely event you have a problem, get in touch with us immediately and we will sort it out to your satisfaction. 5. Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
Each order you place via our web site will be acknowledged by email – this normally happens within 1 hour of ordering and the message will confirm all aspect of your order including payment and anticipated delivery period. If there is a delay, we will let you know by email and will always endeavor to keep you updated

6. What do I do when I receive my goods?
All items will be accompanied with a detailed care and cultivation guide, which explains how to care for them not just upon receipt, but for the first season. This will explain how to plant and / or care for whatever you have purchased. 7. How do you decide on the P&P charge?
We want to ensure that every product you order arrives safely and in a timely manner. Therefore we include the cost of packaging, labour, postage and insurance in the amount we charge you. You will always see the shipping cost on the order form whenever you place and order. There is a standard charge of £4.95 although this may vary from time to time.

8. When will I receive my goods?
We despatch all orders promptly by post for many items and by parcel carrier for larger or heavier items. In most cases you should allow 10 - 14 days for delivery although for some items we take pre-orders and ship them at the time stated on the web site. When you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation by email and this confirms the anticipated delivery date to you.

9. Will you pass my email address to other companies?
We value the relationship we have with you and will never intentionally do anything to upset or offend you. When you first come to our web site and give us information about yourself, or place you first order with us, we will give you a number of choices; If you would like us to stay in touch with you and send you useful information and details of special offers from time to time, then we will. Here are some specific pieces of information relating to our Mini Orchard Collection and the Stella Cherry Tree -
1. How tall will they grow?
Your trees have been grown on special roots which will ensure they remain compact and never get taller than 6 ft. They need to be planted 4 foot apart.
2. When will I be able to pick the first fruits?
You will get some fruit this year, but your trees will give bumper crops from next year onwards.
3. How many years will they grow for?
Once established, you tress will each give you upto 50lbs of fruit per year for over 50 years.
4. Can they be grown in pots?
They can be grown in pots, but ensure the pots are at least 30 litres in capacity and that you keep the trees well watered.
