If your query hasn't been answered then please do get in touch with us. To get in contact is really easy. Just fill in the form below, giving us as much information about your question or query as possible. For example:

• Where is your plant? In sun or shade? Exposed or sheltered?
• What does the problem look like? Sticky? Powdery? Are there any bugs?
• How long have you had your plant? How big is it?
• What are you already doing to your plant/lawn/pond etc? Have you pruned? What did you do exactly?

Sometimes it's the seemingly insignificant observations that can help us solve your problems, so please don't be afraid to describe exactly what you see/smell/feel.
